Our 121 coaching aims to ensure that you are familiarised with what you need for the appraisal process as well as aiding you with any support you need throughout the appraisal process as a whole.
Pre-appraisal guidance – £200
1. Find a time that suits you and book you’re pre-appraisal meeting
2. Get an email link to join the meeting on the day of the consultation
3. Attend the meeting and one of our team will aid you with whatever support you need for the appraisal process
